FORKLIFT OPERATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Move control, devices, and levers to drive forklifts to transfer materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas.
  • Organize and secure stored materials such as bales, super sacks, boxes, pallets, and so on.
  • Load or unload materials manually, off or on to pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
  • Perform routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature or forklift equipment.
  • Report to supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.
  • Weigh products or materials, and record weights and further production information on labels and tags.
  • Consult, work, and coordinate with supervisors, managers, equipment manufactures, and employees regarding unloading and loading operations.
  • Wrap material loads with a wrapper and clean the warehouse premises.
  • Complete forklift operator training provided by the industry annually.
  • Perform other duties as allotted by a manager or supervisor.

FORKLIFT MECHANIC

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform a variety of duties in diesel and gas forklift maintenance
  • Perform preventive maintenance and annual inspections on forklifts
  • Typical work involves electrical and lighting repairs, brake work, external/internal engine components, AC blower motors and chassis/suspension work.
  • Basic Computer skills required
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Technical Degree, ASC Certifications a plus or 5+ years experience
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Strong communications skills and ability to read technical manuals
  • Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written.

TRANSIENT ALERT TECHNICIAN

OCCUPATION CODE:  23060
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Obtain/maintain required qualifications as required
  • Perform scheduled and phase inspections for MHE/AGE
  • Schedule and perform safety inspections on maintenance actions required for MHE/AGE
  • Troubleshoot and repair as required
  • Perform Transient Alert and related duties to include evaluations and safety inspections on maintenance actions required for transient aircraft; inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft as required
  • Marshal and block aircraft; perform other duties as prescribed by management.
  • A & P Certification/License is a plus.

TRUCK DRIVER

OCCUPATION CODE:  31362
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
  • Inspect trucks before and after trips and submit reports indicating truck condition.
  • Read bill of lading to determine assignment. Fasten chain or binders to secure load on trailer during transit.
  • Load or unload, or assist in loading and unloading truck.
  • Work as member of two-person team driving tractor with sleeper behind cab.
  • Services truck with oil, fuel, and radiator fluid to maintain tractor-trailer.
  • Obtains customer's signature or collects payment for services.
  • Perform inventories and inspects safety of goods to be moved.  
  • Wraps goods using pads, packing paper, and containers, and secures load to trailer wall using straps.  
  • Gives directions to helper in packing and moving goods to trailer.
  • Drives tractor-trailer combination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations, to transport and deliver products, livestock, or materials, usually over long distance.  
  • Maneuvers truck into loading or unloading position, following signals from loading crew as needed.  
  • Drives truck to weigh station before and after loading, and along route to document weight and conform to state regulations.  
  • Maintains driver log according to I.C.C. regulations.

INVENTORY MANAGER

  • JOB DESCRIPTION  
  • Keep track of inventory and to replenish inventory when it gets down to a certain level.
  • Must ensure that inventory shrinkage (which means loss of inventory due to theft, fraud, loss, damage or counting errors) is kept to an absolute minimum.
  • Records of each product's inventory count must be constantly maintained so that no product is ever out of stock and customer fulfillment remain at acceptable levels.
  • Keeping inventory organized in a logical manner.
  • Operate computerized inventory control systems.
  • Will be expected to have supervisory skills

SHIPPING PACKER

JB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare orders for shipment to customers, print labels and follow order-specific shipping instructions.
  • Complete electronic transactions to complete shipment processing
  • Support production floor through materials replenishment and movement
  • Interact with customer service representatives to ensure proper handling of product
  • Interact with secure and common carriers during shipping transactions
  • Maintain/organize shipping and vault areas
  • Operate automated lifting equipment, card counters, personal computer and related office equipment.  
  • Must be able to perform repetitive lifting, carrying and packing functions up to 60 pounds.
